The incumbent will lead brand campaigns and partnerships across various formats, from branded content to original IPs like festivals and events. They will work closely with the CEO/Co-founder and CMO/Co-founder of a dynamic youth culture startup.
Essential Qualities
- Spearhead strategy and development for multi-platform creative, digital, social, and experiential projects
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships
- Significant experience in client relationship management, strategy, team building, operational management, budgeting, contract negotiation, production, and media analytics
- Deep understanding of contemporary youth culture and trends in the creative industries
- Ability to drive culture marketing and partnerships with purpose, community focus, storytelling, design, and a digital-first approach
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, maximize revenue streams, and manage P&L across all projects
- Pitching: Collaborate with the CMO on new business pitches, showcasing impactful presentation skills
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive teams to deliver creative, high-impact ideas for youth culture marketing
- Scope and Budget Management: Define project scope, allocate resources, and negotiate budgets and contracts
- Team Leadership: Guide junior marketing and brand solutions team members on all managed projects
- Operations Oversight: Oversee workflow across campaigns/projects and manage cross-functional teams in marketing, design, video, and editorial
- Multi-Format Campaign Production: Produce multi-platform digital campaigns, including photo/video shoots, influencer marketing, digital/experiential festivals, and client IPs
- Client Management: Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, mobilizing teams for effective campaign execution
- Creative Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions and develop innovative campaign ideas at the intersection of Indian youth culture and identity
- Youth Culture Insights: Maintain a strong understanding of emerging trends, creative communities, and the needs of youth culture, aligning them with brand objectives
- Thought Leadership: Provide expertise in youth culture, branded content, and digital media
- Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to set annual projections
- Financial Management: Oversee client budgets, including forecasting, billing, and reconciliation
Essential Requirements

Multi-format and platform branded execution experience is required: digital, video, social, influencer, experiential and more
To have significant knowledge and experience in marketing and advertising, with a focus on content, digital strategy and storytelling, technology, and emerging trends
To have a good understanding and interest in producing, project management and delivery across multiple formats including digital, social, film, photography, editorial, and experiential
