Content Strategist

Responsibilities
- Brand & Product Positioning: Responsible for understanding the vision for the brand and product offering, curating sharp messaging to position the offering. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine the vision and work with external partners to execute best-in-class communication.
- Content Strategy: Participate in consumer research efforts to convert insights into strategic communications. Understand all digital marketing channels (performance, retention, influencers, social media, website, etc.) and strategize for sales-based content versus brand-building efforts.
- Copywriting: Write digital-first copy that reflects the brand's tone of voice, distinguishing personal style from brand writing.
- Content Creation: Deliver holistic content structures, copy, and creative ideas for various formats and channels such as emailers, blogs, website content, and social media.
- Audience Insight: Grasp the pulse of the target group (TG) and convert insights into well-thought-out concepts, scripts, and campaign narratives.
- The role is primarily focused on digital and branding work, with potential extension to offline work.
Must-Haves
- 2-4 years of experience in creative content and copywriting
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to evolve, maintain, and adapt to the brand's identity
- Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of trends and best practices in D2C content
- Passion for creative ideas, storytelling, and content creation
- Experience in scriptwriting, long-form content, and short-form writing
