Job Summary:

We are looking for an imaginative and highly skilled Creative Visualiser to join our client's marketing team. The person would be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives that captivate audiences across multiple digital channels. This role goes beyond basic video editing; it’s about storytelling through visuals. You will take the lead on shaping the visual direction of video projects, ensuring each piece resonates with our brand voice, delivers impact, and drives engagement. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented visual storytellers with a strong sense of aesthetics, a proactive approach to creative ideation, and the technical expertise to bring high-quality concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Storytelling & Conceptualisation: Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and project leads to develop video concepts that not only meet project objectives but also convey compelling stories that enhance brand perception and resonate with diverse audiences
  • Advanced Video Editing & Visual Composition: Transform raw footage into highly engaging, polished videos by meticulously curating scenes, transitions, and timing to create a seamless narrative. Employ advanced editing techniques, special effects, and animations to amplify the visual impact.
  • Post-Production Expertise: Lead all post-production processes, including color grading for visual consistency, sound design for audio clarity and engagement, and integrating graphics or effects. Handle intricate editing tasks, such as green screen compositing, complex transitions, and synchronized soundscapes.
  • Creative Direction & Input: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering original ideas to enhance content creatively. Provide visual direction and insights during shoots to ensure footage aligns with the desired final output.
  • Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Maintain brand integrity across all video projects, ensuring adherence to style guidelines and quality standards. Perform quality checks to guarantee clarity, coherence, and continuity in the final product.
  • Asset Organization & Workflow Management: Develop an efficient asset organization system, ensuring video projects and files are categorized, accessible, and easy to retrieve for collaborative use. Optimize workflow processes to enable quick turnarounds and streamlined production.
  • Platform-Specific Optimization: Tailor content to fit platform requirements, adapting video lengths, formats, and framing for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay updated on video production trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the creative quality of the content. Experiment with new editing styles and features that can enhance viewer engagement and enrich brand storytelling.
