Position Overview:  
The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and support the sales pipeline. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation within the software industry, particularly in B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Create and implement demand generation strategies that align with overall marketing goals and support the sales team's objectives  
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, social media, PPC, SEO, and more  
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage programs to generate and nurture leads through digital channels, events, and other marketing initiatives  
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI and make data-driven decisions using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms  
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to create compelling messaging and content that drives engagement and conversions  
- Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI  
- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and strategies  
- ABM (Account-Based Marketing): Implement and manage ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and support account-based sales efforts  

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)  
- 8-9 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within the software industry  
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)  
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions  
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills  
- Experience with ABM strategies and tactics is a plus  
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, and content marketing best practices
