Position Overview:  
Spearhead strategy and development for multi-platform creative, digital, social, and experiential projects while ensuring strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a client-facing role within a creative or digital agency, with a strong creative mindset. This role involves significant experience in client relationship management, strategy, team building, operational management, budgeting, contract negotiations, production, and media analytics.

Key Responsibilities:  
- Lead multi-platform creative, digital, social, and experiential projects, ensuring strong client partnerships  
- Identify new business opportunities, maximize revenue streams, and manage P&L across all projects  
- Pitch new business alongside the CMO with impactful presentation skills  
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver creative thinking and powerful ideas on youth culture marketing  
- Define scope of work for each campaign/project, allocate and negotiate budgets and contracts  
- Guide and mentor junior marketing and brand solutions team members on all managed projects  
- Oversee operations and workflow allocation across campaigns/projects, managing cross-functional teams (marketing, design, video, editorial)  
- Produce multi-format and multi-platform digital campaigns, including photo and video shoots, influencer marketing, digital and experiential festivals
- Serve as the lead point of accountability for client management, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met  
- Lead brainstorms and develop creative ideas that intersect Indian creative youth culture and identity  
- Maintain a strong understanding of contemporary youth culture trends and emerging creative communities  
- Provide thought leadership in youth culture, branded content, and platform-agnostic digital media  
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set projections for the year  
- Oversee delivery management, including forecasting, billing, and reconciling client budgets  

Skills and Experience :
- 5-7 years of experience in a creative agency  
- Ability to push the boundaries of creativity and marketing, and challenge the status quo  
- Experience in digital marketing or digital publishing within a leading creative agency  
- Expertise in multi-format and platform branded execution (digital, video, social, influencer, experiential)  
- 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships (client references required)  
- Strong team leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of 4 or more
