Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of B2B Sales to lead partnerships across enterprises, social enterprises, NGOs, and SMBs. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CBO, with full ownership of revenue and growth in key B2B verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive sales strategy for enterprise, SMB, CSR, and NGO sectors
  • Own annual revenue targets (₹10–₹15 Cr+), managing strategic accounts (1,000–10,000+ units)
  • Lead partnerships with CSR-funded programs, nonprofits, and skilling institutions
  • Build and manage a high-performing team (Sales, Pre-sales, Lead Gen, Interns)
  • Develop channel partnerships and unlock CSR budgets
  • Drive consultative selling, impact-driven storytelling, and structured deal closures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and product teams
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, CSR consortiums, and CXO-level discussions

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware or tech
  • Proven track record of ₹10–100 Cr+ in B2B sales
  • Deep knowledge of institutional buying cycles and CSR/NGO ecosystems
  • Strong team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in CRM, analytics, and funnel management
