We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of B2B Sales to lead partnerships across enterprises, social enterprises, NGOs, and SMBs. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CBO, with full ownership of revenue and growth in key B2B verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive sales strategy for enterprise, SMB, CSR, and NGO sectors
- Own annual revenue targets (₹10–₹15 Cr+), managing strategic accounts (1,000–10,000+ units)
- Lead partnerships with CSR-funded programs, nonprofits, and skilling institutions
- Build and manage a high-performing team (Sales, Pre-sales, Lead Gen, Interns)
- Develop channel partnerships and unlock CSR budgets
- Drive consultative selling, impact-driven storytelling, and structured deal closures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and product teams
- Represent the organization in industry forums, CSR consortiums, and CXO-level discussions
Requirements
- 10–15 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware or tech
- Proven track record of ₹10–100 Cr+ in B2B sales
- Deep knowledge of institutional buying cycles and CSR/NGO ecosystems
- Strong team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in CRM, analytics, and funnel management
