Requirements:
Be responsible for growing supplement revenue efficiently through paid campaigns on Meta,Google, 3rd party marketplaces and other paid channels.
Plan budgets for spend based on overarching company targets on revenue and ROAS
Track detailed campaign and channel-level cost of acquisition and ensure effective CPLs and returns
Use Web analytics tools like GA4, Clarity, to get deeper insights on traffic and acquisition trends
Develop, plan, and implement new campaigns based on customer insights and data
Measure and implement ways to improve performance of end-to-end acquisition funnel,including creatives, messaging and landing pages
Stay on top of marketing trends, competitor analyses and keep strategies up-to-date
Qualifications:
4+ years experience scaling efficient performance marketing for consumer-focused (B2C)products at an established company or fast-growing startup
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology or relevant field.
Prior experience targeting female customers preferred
Exceptional knowledge of running ads on Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, Google
Experience measuring marketing KPIs, building dashboards and hitting ambitious growth goals
Highly data-driven with ability to adapt and experiment with new data & channels quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven and willing to take initiative
