We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years working with a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, along with a basic understanding of SEO and affiliate marketing. This role requires expertise in creating, running, and monitoring performance campaigns to maximize ROI and drive growth.

  • Campaign Management: Create, run, and monitor performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business goals and objectives.
    Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data to optimize and improve ROI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • SEO and Affiliate Marketing: Utilize basic knowledge of SEO to enhance campaign effectiveness and collaborate on affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize the impact of marketing spend.
  • A/B Testing: conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, copy,and targeting strategies.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and ecommerce teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.  

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a D2C brand.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising performance campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data and insights clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for campaign management and analysis.
