Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ASO specialist to drive the visibility, discoverability, and performance of our mobile games across global app stores. In this role, you will own and execute end-to-end ASO strategies, working closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver measurable results in organic growth, revenue, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ASO strategies to optimise store listings and increase organic downloads.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact terms for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Optimise metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords, visuals) to improve rankings and conversion.
  • Monitor rankings, user reviews, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align ASO initiatives with product and business goals.
  • Stay current on ASO trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation for continuous performance improvement.
  • Track, analyse, and report on ASO performance metrics with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5–12 years’ experience in ASO for mobile apps, ideally in the gaming or consumer tech industry.
  • Proven success in driving organic app downloads and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Expertise in ASO tools (e.g., App Annie, Sensor Tower, Google Play Console)
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for mobile gaming and technology.
