We’re looking for a content superstar to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Research, Ideation & Brand:

  • Report to the business head and take ownership of content production and quality.
  • Contribute to overall brand strategy and growth through ongoing research into brand design, aesthetics, layout, and narrative.

Scripting & Content Creation:

  • Write, edit, and create compelling content, liaising with creative agencies to ensure high-quality output.
  • Strategise on briefs for videos and static content, working closely with video editors and designers.
  • Create content across multiple channels, supporting both online and offline marketing initiatives, as well as brand collaterals (e.g., clinic design).

Team and Agency Management:

  • Lead a team of designers, writers, and videographers to enhance content, maximising campaign ROI.
  • Manage the content creation process with a strategic mindset, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and customer voice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and content agencies to produce advertising content (statics and videos) and manage the content calendar and delivery timelines.

Performance Marketing:

  • Research and develop compelling ad narratives to create effective ad strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize content, creating a comprehensive marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Impeccable command of the English language, including grammar.
  • At least 2 years of experience in copywriting and editing, ideally with exposure to D2C-first brands.
  • Experience with healthcare or child-focused brands is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content marketing for pediatric or family-focused services.
  • Proven ability to work with brand guidelines, personalities, and tone of voice.
  • Comfort with the medical/healthcare domain.
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
  • Graduate or postgraduate in English, Philosophy, History, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields, with a strong ambition to build a career in content.
  • Work Mode: Office-based.

Skills & Traits:

  • Strong understanding of brand-building with insights into what makes a brand strong and memorable.
  • Functional knowledge of how aesthetics and design can elevate brands.
  • Social media expertise, particularly on Instagram, with an understanding of fast-moving trends.
  • Ability to produce high-quality creative output, with a cross-functional approach across social media, performance marketing, content, brand research, and ideation.
  • Team player with excellent communication and articulation skills.
  • Independent contributor who thrives with minimal supervision.
  • Consumer-first approach to content creation.
  • Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments, ideally within 0-1/1-10 companies.
  • Maturity and sensibility to work with senior stakeholders and drive key decisions.
