Role Overview :

We are seeking an ideal candidate to shape the visual identity and user experience of our brand partner. The Design Manager should possess a strong design background and a deep understanding of design principles to create visually stunning and user-friendly digital products. This role will contribute to both product delivery and website design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Creative Team: Guide and inspire a dynamic team of designers to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional design solutions.
 
- Design Development: Create visually engaging designs for marketing materials, including digital ads, social media assets, brochures, flyers, presentations, and event collateral.

- Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all materials and campaigns

- Design Strategy: Oversee the development and implementation of cohesive design strategies for digital products and websites

- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in design vision and execution

- Mentorship: Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to foster their growth and excellence

- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to evolve our visual identity and integrate them into the design process

- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and experience in leading design projects
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior designers
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
