A Day in the Life
70%: Creating, researching, and conceptualising fresh content across all brands.  
30%: Participating in ideation meetings, collaborative projects, and joint brainstorming sessions focused on driving P0 metrics and achieving organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year exprience at a fast-paced advertising agency.
 - A natural idea person with experience in handling clients and rallying creative and digital teams around central concepts.
 - Excellent at formulating and presenting ideas for marketing and brand communications.
 - Experience in leading and participating in brainstorming sessions, ideating, writing, and executing original creative concepts based on brand managers' briefs, objectives, or goals.
 - Passionate about new-age creative formats, including social media reels, shorts, and digital ad films.
 - Skilled in tailoring content and copy for specific purposes – whether to sell, engage, or inform.
 - Capable of omnichannel copywriting, including presentations, manifestos, scripts, webpages, blogs, social media, slogans, and news releases.
 - Strong understanding of the nativity requirements for different channels.
 - Driven by briefs – able to break them down and generate ideas for hero, hub, and hygiene content.
 - Goes beyond writing to ensure flawless execution, collaborating with creative and shoot teams to ensure visual elements complement the copy.
 - Understands the target audience for each brand and crafts copy that speaks directly to their community.
 - Identifies key messages and communicates them powerfully to influence the audience’s feelings and actions.
 - High standard of quality control, with a keen eye for editing own and others’ work. Grammar is a priority!
 - Values research and is eager to stay informed on the latest fashion trends and styles.
 - Identifies fresh and interesting angles for written pieces.
 - Works collaboratively with the marketing team and brand managers to review the impact of work.
 - Contributes to business pitches and presentations to propose new ideas and project
 
Qualifications
- Agency background
 - Portfolio of past work and writing samples with metrics on performance
 - BA in English Literature with a postgraduate degree in advertising or mass media communications
