About the Brand
Online pharmacy, now a full-scale digital healthcare platform, offers virtual doctor consultations, prescription renewals, and doorstep medication delivery—all online, anytime.
The brand is seeking a content marketing agency to elevate its digital presence and drive growth through always-on, high-impact content across email, social, and digital channels.
RFP Objective
- Email Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Full strategy and execution using the Braze platform, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, journey mapping, content development, and performance optimization. - Social Media Strategy & Management:
Management of organic and paid social channels including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking. Work within and help evolve the existing brand voice to build trust, educate, and convert. - Content Marketing & Thought Leadership:
In collaboration with in-house SEO experts, develop blog content to drive SEO, brand authority, and education. Additional responsibilities may include social listening, Reddit responses, trend participation (e.g., TikTok), and more.
Scope of Work
minimum 6-month engagement
- Lead strategy and execution for Braze-powered email journeys
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar across digital channels
- Produce compelling blog content focused on relevance, expertise, and SEO
- Monitor and engage in conversations across platforms such as Reddit and health forums
- Track KPIs and deliver actionable performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to align messaging and campaigns
- Deliver supporting visual assets—graphics, videos, short-form content (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks)—that follow brand and platform best practices
