This is for one of India’s leading men’s health and wellness brands, funded by some of the leading early stage consumer & healthcare investors in the country.

Our goal is to change the sexual health and wellness landscape in India by creating a leading consumer healthcare company and we are looking for key team members to be part of this journey!

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end DTC marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • Optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, and marketplaces for maximum ROAS and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.
  • Enhance performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the D2C website for user experience, conversions, and continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in campaign optimization, budget management, and customer segmentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2 years of experience in managing and optimizing DTC performance marketing channels (Facebook, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • A track record of achieving exceptional performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CAC reduction).
  • Expertise in campaign optimization, budget management, and customer segmentation.
