Overview:
A fast-growing D2C beauty & personal care brand is looking for a retention marketing expert to strengthen customer retention.
Brief Requirement:
A fractional expert to design and manage WhatsApp & email retention marketing, including:
- Auditing current flows and setting up automations (welcome, post-purchase, lapsed, replenishment)
- Building customer segmentation & personalization (by age group, concerns, purchase behavior)
- Crafting content calendars and campaign messaging tailored to audience
- Reporting on key KPIs (repeat purchase, CLV, engagement)
Expert Requirements:
- Proven experience in D2C beauty/personal care retention marketing
- Hands-on with WhatsApp & email automation tools
