The Opportunity
This isn’t a maintenance role—it’s a build-from-scratch mandate.
As Associate Director – Marketing, you will architect the complete marketing function for the premium vertical—from brand positioning and go-to-market to performance marketing and demand generation. You’ll work closely with the CBO to transform this flagship brand into a growth engine that drives both trust and revenue.

What You’ll Drive
1. Strategic Positioning - Craft a nuanced brand narrative balancing exclusivity, legacy, personalization, and cultural relevance.
2. 360° Campaign Execution - Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, and curated offline touchpoints—from context-rich GTMs to tactical bursts.
3. Performance Marketing - Run high-intent, ROI-focused campaigns across Google, Meta, and CRM. Optimize for quality leads, not just volume.
4. Cultural & Consumer Insighting - Stay tapped into sentiment, trends, and expectations of premium Indian audiences. Convert insights into action.
5. Internal Brand Evangelism - Inspire internal stakeholders and teams by articulating the brand’s mission and meaning with clarity and conviction.
Who You Are
- A brand thinker with digital chops—equally fluent in value propositions and campaign mechanics
- A luxury marketer at heart—attuned to nuance, trust, and high-touch customer behavior
- A first-principles builder—strategic yet scrappy, iterative yet structured
- Deeply in sync with culture, category shifts, and consumer aspirations
What You Bring
- 7–10 years of marketing experience in premium categories—luxury, lifestyle, travel, high-end services, or HNI-focused fintech
- Proven success in building both brand equity and performance outcomes
- Strong grasp of digital tools, performance funnels, and content strategy
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills—especially with leadership, product, design, and growth
- Premier B-school background is a plus, but execution excellence > pedigree
- Mumbai-based is a must
