Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients which would include marketing leaders, HR heads and startup and agency founders
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized brand solutions proposals and pitches tailored to client requirements
- Act as a brand ambassador for the agency, representing its values and capabilities at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Overseeing multichannel outbound strategy across LinkedIn and email
- Be an innovator! Stay on top of trends and competitive landscape to ensure we are selling a differentiated and in-demand solution
Ideal Profile:
- You have been a brand solutions and sales leader at a recruitment consulting or digital marketing agency
- You have a network of brand clients you have built relationships with
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
