Sr Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online programs, optimizing lead generation, and fostering collaboration among internal teams and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Execute data-driven campaigns, optimize ads across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), and leverage website inventory for course promotions.  
  • CRM Ownership: Manage HubSpot and CRM integrations to streamline contact lifecycle, nurturing, upselling, and cross-selling.  
  • Process Improvement: Develop scalable processes and align messaging across teams for efficient multi-channel campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, optimizing MQLs, SQLs, content, and campaign performance.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee marketing, CRM, and feedback mechanisms, ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration.

Experience:

  • Growth & Marketing Expertise: 3+ years of experience in growth and marketing operations, preferably in edtech or educational startups, with a focus on B2C growth and engagement.  
  • Specialized Skills: Proficiency in Growth Marketing, Funnel Optimization, Marketing Automation, CRM, and Analytics.  
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead a team of 3+ members and drive performance.  
  • Retention & Research: Experience in retention strategies, multivariate experiments, and user research is a plus.  
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Google Analytics, HubSpot, marketing automation software, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.  
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
  • Operational Excellence: Tech-savvy, analytical mindset with a first-principles approach, adept at managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
