We serve late-millennial and Gen-Z households who value curated, certified-safe products delivered fast. By owning the full stack, we combine high quality checks with lightning‑fast fulfilment, delivering a premium yet accessible experience that stands above the current mass‑market platforms.

What you’ll own

  • Social channels & communities – own the organic content calendar across all digital touchpoints: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and owned WhatsApp / Facebook groups; spark daily conversation and advocacy.
  • Brand storytelling & consistency – plan and produce brand content, customer stories, short-form video and visual assets that aligns 100% with the brand, across app, social media, ads and CRM.
  • Influencer & creator partnerships – identify the right voices, negotiate collaborations and manage relationships that build trust and reach.
  • Guardrails & governance – own the brand bible (visual identity, tone, dos & don’ts) and enforce it across app, digital media, social media, growth and offline touchpoints.
  • Growth analytics – track the numbers, surface insights and iterate quickly. Track how the brand is growing and project its future course through numbers.

What makes you a fit

  • 4–6 years in brand or social roles at an e-commerce / quick-commerce or consumer brands startup.
  • Led end-to-end campaigns that lifted awareness or conversions (Social Media, short-form and long-form content, films, influencer collabs).
  • Creation edge—you can not only catch pixels that are off, but you are hands-on with design tools like Canva and CapCut and can whip up Instagram reels and branded content on your own.
  • Built brands from scratch or joined at seed stage; happy being a team of one until you hire or outsource.
  • Data-focused: You can set up dashboards, report the numbers, and make projections for the future to track how the brand is growing
  • Clear, no-drama communicator who collaborates smoothly with design, growth and product.

Bonus points

  • Launched a new consumer brand or category from scratch.
  • Familiarity with performance-tied influencer models (CPA, revenue-share).
  • Fluency with AI tools like Opus, HeyGen, Krea, etc. for quick turnarounds
