Content Producer

Role Focus: Ideating and producing digital content and brand awareness campaigns, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring quality across all content.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Article Production:
- Conceptualize native content ideas for clients
- Write and revise feature articles based on thorough research
- Adhere to editorial guidelines for branded content
2. Video and Podcast Production:
- Develop innovative video concepts for clients
- Research, script, and produce video content
- Manage all aspects of video/audio projects, including:
- Speaker coordination and confirmation
- Recording and on-ground production
- Post-production collaboration with editors
- Assist in marketing strategies for video promotion
3. Event Coordination:
- Serve as the main contact for event-related communication among speakers and teams
- Collaborate with marketing on logistics, setups, and promotional content
Professional Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism or Mass Communication
- Experience: 4-7 years in content production, including writing, scripting, and end-to-end production
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, WordPress
- Comfortable with video interviews and on-camera presence
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Experience in both virtual and physical shoots
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide junior team members
