As Director – Brand Marketing, you will own the master narrative of the brand. You’ll define what we stand for, how we speak, and how we show up—across digital, physical, and emotional touchpoints. What You’ll Drive

1. Brand Strategy & Architecture

  • Define the brand’s strategic pillars, value propositions, and positioning frameworks
  • Evolve the brand architecture across verticals, audiences, and geographies

2. Integrated Campaigns & Launches

  • Lead multi-channel, high-conviction campaigns across ATL, digital, experiential, and PR
  • Build moments that move the needle—from iconic launches to consistent storytelling

3. Content & Communication Ecosystem

  • Oversee all consumer-facing messaging—from narrative arcs to day-to-day copy
  • Partner with the editorial and design leads to ensure consistency and craft

4. Consumer & Cultural Intelligence

  • Decode sentiment, language, and trends among premium Indian audiences
  • Translate insights into strategy and cultural relevance into brand equity

5. Cross-Functional Influence

  • Align product, growth, CRM, and experience teams around a unified brand voice
  • Build internal excitement, clarity, and ownership around brand thinking

What You Bring

  • 10–14 years of brand marketing experience in premium consumer brands (luxury, lifestyle, wellness, high-end services, fintech, etc.)
  • Proven experience leading integrated brand campaigns across channels
  • Mastery over tone, positioning, storytelling, and strategic messaging
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working in or leading marketing for D2C brands
  • Mumbai-based is preferred
