A Bangalore-based healthcare and pharma company is looking to build a new brand and is seeking a digital agency to design and develop its website.

Ideal agency profile

We would like to hear from agencies that have:

• Strong experience in building digital experiences for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Demonstrated UI/UX and website design capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and WordPress.
• Experience working with pharma, healthcare, nutrition or agriculture-related brands.
• The ability to design and develop multilingual digital experiences, keeping regional languages and audiences in smaller towns and rural markets in mind.
• A strong understanding of how the target audience accesses, navigates and engages with digital platforms.

Non-negotiable: A demonstrated understanding of the digital behaviour, needs and technology adoption patterns of the target audience, particularly healthcare and / or rural India.

How the process works

Agencies shortlisted based on their portfolios and relevant category experience will be introduced to the brand for an initial discovery call. The scope of work and engagement will be discussed subsequently.
