- Partnership Growth: Proactively discover, initiate, and foster relationships with brands, influencers, agencies, and partners that align with Ludic's mission and audience.
- Campaign Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of collaborative campaigns, activations, and partnerships to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
- Negotiation & Coordination: Manage contract discussions, ensure deliverables are met, and oversee project timelines for flawless execution and shared success.
- Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain robust, long-term connections with vital stakeholders, ensuring lasting brand loyalty.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, product, and sales to integrate partnership initiatives into overarching brand strategies.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, competitor movements, and cultural shifts to identify new opportunities for collaborations.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators to assess the success of partnerships and adjust strategies for ongoing optimization.
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of Ludic in external meetings, presentations, and industry events, ensuring the brand’s narrative resonates clearly.Work - -
Required Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or strategic collaborations, particularly in the fashion, lifestyle, or similar industries.
- Proven track record in managing successful brand collaborations and campaigns.
- Strong expertise in negotiation, communication, and relationship building.
- Creative mindset for identifying mutually beneficial brand opportunities.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with a solid grasp of branding principles.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Enthusiastic about fashion, lifestyle trends, and cultural movements.
*This role will be initially remote during the probationary period, transitioning to an in-office position in Bangalore after.
