A deep understanding of the client's business goals and communication needs and the ability to create compelling brand strategies - Brand Solutions Creative Strategist (4+ years experience)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client’s business goals, communication needs, and market positioning.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong ties within the IPs and Marketing sector.
  • Develop strong, creative strategies for brand campaigns, digital presence, and content.
  • Conduct in-depth research on cultural trends, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilise insights from industry data, consumer profiling, and analytics to guide brand strategies.
  • Ensure creative outputs are innovative, impactful, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Build and maintain a consistent and appealing brand identity across all platforms.
  • Plan for both immediate and long-term success of the brand.
  • Develop annual operating plans, market entry strategies, and communication strategies for brand launches and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our branding strategies are cutting-edge and effective.

Skills Required

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a Creative Strategist
  • Proven track record in lead generation and relationship-building within the industry.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing brand strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
