Overview:

A consumer foods company operating across Amazon, marketplaces, D2C, and quick-commerce platforms in the nuts, dry fruits, makhana, and better-for-you snacks category is looking for a performance marketing agency to scale their current ~₹1 crore/month business to 2-3x profitability and build repeatable performance muscle across all commerce surfaces.

Platforms:
  • E-commerce (Amazon, others)
  • Quick Commerce (Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart, etc.).
Brief Requirements:

1. Revenue & Efficiency Ownership

  • Maintain cost-to-revenue (C/R or ROAS) benchmarks specific to each platform
  • Understand that targets will vary by channel (Amazon ≠ Quick Commerce ≠ D2C)
  • Aggressively monitor contribution margins.

2. Conversion-Rate Optimisation:

  • Continuous tracking of CVR, PDP performance, and funnel drop-offs
  • Actively test and improve: Listing creatives and visuals | Titles, bullets, A+ content | Pricing ladders and pack sizes

3. Bundles, Packs & Pricing Plays

  • Design and test bundles, combo packs, and value packs to lift AOV
  • Recommend price points and discount structures based on elasticity
  • Coordinate with supply and catalog teams to operationalize quickly

4. Creative & Content Excellence

  • Ensure all live content is conversion-grade: Product images | Infographics | Storefront creatives | Quick-commerce thumbnails
  • Proactively flag weak assets and drive upgrades
  • Run structured creative tests, not random experimentation

5. Platform-Native Execution

  • Deep understanding of: Amazon ads, algorithm mechanics & platform-specific levers on quick-commerce apps
  • Stay current with ad formats, policies, and ranking signals
Scale Ambition:
  • Current Amazon GMV: ~₹1 crore / month
  • Near-term goal: 2–3× scale with disciplined efficiency
  • Success will be judged on sustained profitable growth, not spikes
Engagement & Budget:

We are open on structure, but clear on expectations.

  • Monthly retainer + performance-linked upside preferred
  • Clear KPIs agreed upfront (revenue, ROAS / C:R, CVR improvements)
  • Crisp decision enabling reporting and transparent review of strategy and path
Agency Must-Have Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience managing ₹1–5 crore+ monthly GMV on Amazon and similar marketplaces
  • Category experience in driving growth for consumer foods across ecommerce and quick commerce platforms
  • Prior work with growth-focused, repeatable performance frameworks
