Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs
  • Source, vet and onboard (if needed) relevant partners (freelancers, agencies) from the SuperStuff ecosystem
  • Develop and implement client servicing strategies to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain quality standards
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Create and present regular progress reports and performance metrics to clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Contribute to the development of client servicing processes and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of prior experience in client servicing role at a marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
