We’re looking for a visually driven thinker and strategic leader to elevate the brand’s creative direction across all platforms. This role replaces the current Creative Director and is ideal for an Associate Creative Director looking to step up or a seasoned Creative Director with a proven track record in the beauty/lifestyle industry. The Creative Director will report directly to the Head of Marketing and lead a team consisting of a Senior Graphic Designer and a Videographer.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Brand Direction
- Define and drive the creative vision and brand identity across digital, social, and offline platforms.
- Develop innovative campaign concepts, product launch visuals, and storytelling strategies that align with marketing objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from digital assets and social media to in-store branding and packaging.
Content & Campaign Development
- Oversee the creation of high-impact visual content, including graphics, video, and motion design, ensuring top-tier execution.
- Lead the development of creative assets for product launches, influencer campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to craft compelling brand narratives.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a Senior Graphic Designer and a Videographer, fostering a high-performance creative team.
- Provide strategic direction, constructive feedback, and hands-on guidance to elevate the team’s output.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute large-scale creative campaigns.
Innovation & Industry Trends
- Stay ahead of beauty and lifestyle trends, consumer preferences, and emerging design technologies.
- Experiment with new creative formats, motion graphics, and immersive content to enhance engagement.
- Push the boundaries of visual storytelling to establish the brand as a leader in beauty branding.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6-8 years of experience in creative roles, preferably within the beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brand space.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, managing creative teams and delivering high-impact campaigns.
- Strong expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and multi-platform creative strategy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and motion design tools.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics, typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
- Experience working in both agency and brand-side environments is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage tight deadlines.
- Willingness to be available for product launches (once every two months), including weekends when required.
