Brief Overview: As the D2C Growth Manager, you’ll own our online sales funnel — optimizing product performance, driving conversions, managing promotions, and overseeing digital ad spends. This is a key role in accelerating our early growth and setting the foundation for long-term revenue success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Improve product listings, pricing, and overall merchandising across digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discount strategies to drive conversion.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets (Meta, Google, etc.) for ROAS.
  • Analyze customer data and user behavior to refine acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and tech teams to improve funnel performance.
  • Track and report key KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and cart abandonment.
  • Explore early marketplace integrations if aligned with growth objectives.

Eligibility : 

  • 2–4 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce growth roles.
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with tools like GA4, Excel, Meta/Google Ads.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners.
  • Experience in health, wellness, baby care, or FMCG is a plus.
  • Startup experience preferred.
