Overview:

A leading fintech payments platform, is seeking an experienced agency to drive a high-impact offline customer acquisition campaign focused on the southern Indian market. The campaign aims to significantly boost new user registrations and first-time transactions through culturally relevant, on-ground experiential marketing initiatives.

Target Markets:
  • Andhra Pradesh
  • Telangana
  • Tamil Nadu
  • Karnataka
  • Kerala
Campaign Objectives:
  • Acquire 10 million users (new sign-ups + reactivation of dormant users)
  • Drive users to download the app and complete their first transaction
Brief Requirements:
  • End-to-end offline funnel activation combining ATL and BTL activities
  • Setting up interactive brand experiences at high footfall locations including railway stations, bus stands, college campuses etc.
  • Deliver compelling consumer engagement to encourage app downloads and first-time usage
  • Leverage regional cultural elements and language to maximize resonance and participation
Agency Requirements:
  • Based in South India with proven expertise in offline experiential marketing and ATL/BTL execution
  • Deep understanding of southern Indian cultures, languages, and consumer behavior
  • Strong network and operational capabilities across all five southern states
  • Experience in large-scale customer acquisition campaigns with measurable ROI focus
  • Strong understading and past experience in the fintech space
