One of India's largest ed-tech companies is seeking a dynamic and strategic Performance Marketing Lead to drive end-to-end digital growth initiatives across the full marketing funnel. This role demands deep expertise in campaign management, hands-on mastery of Meta and Google Ads, and a proven track record of leading digital marketing for fast-paced, high-growth brands. The role partners closely with senior leadership to influence strategy, optimise ROI, and elevate brand impact.
Please note that this position involves a six-day work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Funnel Campaign Strategy & Optimisation – Own and execute performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads; plan, launch, and optimise campaigns to meet growth and revenue targets.
- Creative & Audience Strategy – Lead creative direction for high-performing ad assets, audience segmentation, and funnel optimisation in partnership with design, content, and product teams.
- Measurement & Insights – Build KPI frameworks, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership, ensuring data integrity and attribution accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, brand, CRM, and sales teams to deliver integrated go-to-market plans and cohesive user journeys.
- Governance & Compliance – Maintain campaign QA, enforce platform policies, and implement standardised SOPs for budget and campaign management.
- Innovation & Channel Expansion – Pilot new formats, features, and channels to unlock scale and improve efficiency.
- Forecasting & Planning – Develop quarterly/annual growth plans tied to revenue goals, leveraging cohort and funnel analytics.
- Team Leadership – Build and mentor a high-performance digital marketing team with a culture of speed, accountability, and experimentation.
- Brand & Demand Integration – Balance brand-building initiatives with performance-driven campaigns to maximise both reach and conversions.
- Risk Management – Create contingency strategies to navigate platform changes, outages, or market disruptions.
- App Marketing – Manage app-install campaigns and in-app conversion strategies with deep linking, SKAN, and MMP tracking.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years in digital marketing with end-to-end campaign ownership across Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong performance marketing expertise with focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, MMPs, and dashboarding tools.
- Experience leading large budgets, managing agencies, and working with senior leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
