Overview:‍

An AI-powered decentralized verification network is looking to build and activate a student community of AI enthusiasts and tech learners on Discord. The goal is to onboard 500–700 users who will actively run image models and engage in technical discussions around decentralized AI.

Brief Requirements:

• Design and execute a Discord community growth plan focused on tech colleges and AI hobbyist networks
• Drive awareness and participation through targeted outreach, college partnerships, and incentive programs
• Track and optimize user acquisition cost through data-driven experiments in the first phase

Expert Requirements:

• Prior experience in community growth, campus engagement, or developer ecosystem building (especially on Discord)
• Understanding of AI, Web3, or student-led tech communities
• Strong skills in organic outreach, partnerships, and online engagement strategies
• Analytical mindset to measure success via metrics such as active users, model runs, and query volume
