Overview:
A creative agency is producing a series of videos for an upcoming AI and Technology Conclave. They are seeking a Fractional Account Manager to oversee this project and act as the liaison between the client and the creative team. The role is fully remote and will span approximately four weeks, with regular coordination over calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the agency and the creative team in client interactions.
• Present ideas, updates, and deliverables to the client.
• Gather client feedback and communicate it effectively to the creative team.
• Build and manage processes to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience in account management, preferably within a media, audiovisual, or production agency.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and production pipelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance client and creative team needs.
• Comfortable working remotely and coordinating over calls/WhatsApp.

Fractional Expert Requirements:

• Proven track record as an Account Manager or Producer in creative/video projects.
• Ability to step in for a short-term, high-impact project (4-week duration).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
• Client-facing experience, with confidence presenting creative work and managing feedback.
