Overview:

A digital solutions company specializing in building custom products for healthcare, hospitality, and loyalty-based businesses is looking for a fractional growth expert to support their growth efforts. The company’s primary lead sources are inbound, referrals, and listicles, and they are now looking to set up a more structured growth and business development strategy.

Brief Requirements

  • Design and execute a growth strategy to consistently bring in high-quality leads
  • Build out top-of-funnel (TOFU) channels beyond existing sources
  • Identify and implement scalable acquisition channels that align with the company’s ICPs
  • Own strategy and execution end-to-end without requiring internal hand-holding

Freelancer Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth and business development, preferably with agencies
  • Proven ability to work with multiple ICPs (SaaS-only background may not be a fit)
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fractional role
  • Experience working with mid-to-high ticket size deals ($5K and upwards)
