About the Role

Design is how we make ideas memorable. As our Graphics & Motion Designer, you’ll build the visual layer of storytelling-shaping content packaging, social thought leadership, event and community branding, and motion assets, all grounded in a cohesive brand system.

What You’ll Do

• Design static and motion graphics across digital and event touchpoints.
• Create templates and toolkits for the team to scale content quickly.
• Translate founder stories into striking visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Animate podcast titles, lower-thirds, intros/outros, and social cutdowns.
• Collaborate with editors and producers to ensure creative consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of design experience with a portfolio spanning static + motion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong grasp of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to balance creativity with system thinking for scalable design.
• Curiosity and drive to simplify complex information through compelling visuals.
