Role Summary
As Head of Creative, you will lead end-to-end creative direction across campaigns, content, design, and physical brand touchpoints. From digital storytelling to in-clinic experiences, you’ll craft a consistent, bold, and engaging brand identity. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team and external partners to bring the brand to life across every platform and consumer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive creative strategy across digital and offline brand experiences.
- Lead storytelling across social media, influencer campaigns, and product launches.
- Oversee video production, content, and creative assets for performance marketing.
- Own communication design and spatial branding for retail spaces, including signage, interiors, and in-store visuals.
- Collaborate with product, ops, and CX teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage external agencies and production partners.
- Build and mentor an internal creative team.
- Stay ahead of cultural, design, and consumer trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Required Experience
- 6–8 years in creative strategy and execution within a leading agency or brand.
- Portfolio demonstrating strength in both digital content and spatial branding/design.
- Hands-on experience with video direction, content calendars, and campaigns.
- Familiarity with retail design, signage, or customer experience design.
- Strong leadership with a balance of creative vision and executional rigor.

- Exposure to consumer tech, beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience in local activations and integrated digital campaigns.
