Position Overview
A leading D2C Apparel brand is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive its digital and brand marketing efforts. This role focuses on managing external agencies and spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms. With 4 to 6 years of D2C marketing experience, the individual will initially operate in an individual capacity and later build and lead a dynamic team (both in-house and agency) to execute innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Management
- Collaborate with external agencies specializing in social media, digital marketing, public relations, ad shoots, media buying, etc., to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns  
- Define clear objectives, provide direction, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work from agency partners  

Digital Marketing Strategy  
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across online channels  
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)  

Brand Marketing Initiatives
- Lead brand marketing efforts to enhance the brand’s positioning and market perception, aligning with its ethos and values  
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, pop-ups, exhibitions, and sponsorships to amplify brand visibility  

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product development, design, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives  
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team, encouraging creativity and experimentation  

Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to track progress against goals  
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results, insights, and recommendations to senior management  

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)  
- 4 to 6 years of experience in D2C marketing, with a focus on digital and brand marketing roles  
- Proven track record of successfully managing external agencies and driving integrated marketing campaigns  
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans  
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams  
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance
