We are a high-growth, performance-driven team focused on scaling through data-driven strategies across Google, Meta, and Shopify platforms. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern/resource with a strong foundation in performance marketing and a proactive approach to campaign analysis and reporting.
Role Summary:
As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will work directly under the Head of Performance Marketing, assisting in the day-to-day management of campaigns, agency coordination, and performance tracking. You will gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, especially on Google and Meta platforms, and play an essential role in ensuring the successful execution and optimization of our ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution & Reporting:
● Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
● Develop effective ad strategies for diverse campaign goals, including traffic, conversions, and retargeting.
● Create detailed, actionable reports to assess performance, track KPIs, and guide decision-making using data from Google, Meta, GA4, and Shopify.
● Use Excel or Google Sheets to manage and organize data for easy accessibility and reporting.
2. Ad Copy and Creatives:
● Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
● Perform A/B testing to identify high-performing elements.
3. Data Analysis:
● Extract insights from campaign data and other tools like Meta and Google dashboards, GA4, and Shopify, to support ongoing optimization and strategy adjustments.
● Prepare and maintain dashboards for easy, real-time tracking of campaign metrics.
4. CRM Campaign Execution & Strategy:
● Strategize and execute CRM campaigns to engage existing customers, boost retention, and drive repeat purchases.
● Use tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms to design, schedule, and monitor email and SMS campaigns.
● Analyze CRM campaign performance to refine segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
● Work closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment between paid and owned media strategies.
5. Agency Coordination:
● Act as a liaison with our external agency to ensure timely communication and execution of campaign and creative requirements.
● Ensure all assets, creative briefs, and data requests are provided to the agency on time and that deliverables align with campaign objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
● Experience: Hands-on experience in managing or supporting Google and Meta ad campaigns, with a strong grasp of data analysis and performance reporting is a plus.
● Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for creating reports and dashboards; experience in GA4 and Shopify data analysis is a plus.
● Attention to Detail: A thorough approach to tracking metrics, interpreting data, and identifying trends.
● Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with agencies and internal stakeholders.
