Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Brand Manager to oversee the development and execution of our brand strategy. The Brand Manager will be responsible for maintaining brand integrity, driving brand awareness, and enhancing brand equity across all channels. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and strategic planning to effectively position our brand in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor brand performance and KPIs, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including performance marketing, product development, and operations to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Lead brand communication efforts across various channels including digital, social media, PR, and traditional media.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support brand initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and marketing principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling brand narratives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
