Superstuff is looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager for a brand partner in the D2C Skincare & Healthcare space. 

Role Description

Ownership of the complete P&L responsibility, including:

- Digital Marketing Leadership:  Lead digital marketing strategy from ideation to media planning and execution across a diverse campaign portfolio, including brand awareness and engagement. Manage Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (Facebook & Instagram), Programmatic (display acquisition & retargeting), Affiliate Marketing partnerships, and Email Marketing.

- Subject Matter Expertise:    Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for website operations, digital paid & organic media, and social platform experiences for both internal and external contacts.

- Budget Management & Optimization:    Own budgets/spend to optimize ROAS and develop integrated digital channel strategies that are audience, content affinity, and data-driven to ensure traffic, acquisition, and conversion goals are met.

- Online Store Management:    Lead and manage online store operations, including inventory, pricing, promotions, logistics, customer care, merchandising, and performance management.

- Collaboration with Agencies & Leadership:    Work with the Digital Media Agency, Advertising Agency, and Leadership Team to set goals, refine strategies, and review progress.

- Quantitative Analysis & Reporting:    Drive in-depth quantitative analyses: set up attribution models, multi-channel tracking, develop robust performance reporting frameworks, analytics, and ROI tracking for digital channels. Tools include Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google AdWords.

- Customer Retention & Merchandising Strategy:   Take ownership of customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategies to scale up revenue.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:   Work closely with brand teams, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to growth, sales, content, and creatives.

- User Experience Management:   Manage the user experience of the website, including site navigation and content development.

Requirements:

  1. 5 to 7+ years of proven hands-on experience in launching and managing websites and digital marketing, including digital media marketing, social media management, mobile, and email marketing.
  2. Experience with digital marketing software, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager.
  3. Experience working closely with eCommerce aggregators and performance marketing agencies, with familiarity in site platform technology platforms like Shopify, Magento, etc.
  4. Clear communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other teams and agencies.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded approach.
  6. Varied industry exposure in running PPC, Affiliates, Email, and Display campaigns focusing on on-site visits and managing logistics setups.
  7. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional support for eCommerce.
