Key Responsibilities

  • Formulation of the business/brand’s growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies
  • Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset  
  • Assessing pilot programs, their effectiveness, and long-term value for money
  • Develop creative marketing program tools that facilitate the tracking of consumers’ at a more individualized level as opposed to simply tracking whole general demographics
  • Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance  
  • Innovate across campaigns and manage micro-marketing acquisition channels to ensure user acquisition goals are met
  • Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
  • Build and run A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage
  • Direct and manage agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets
  • Manage Social Media advertising using performance goals that drive new user adoption
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics.
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance
  • Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results
