A large-scale youth vegan festival is set to take place in February in Mumbai, expecting 10,000+ walk-ins. The festival brings together music, art, performances, and community-driven experiences aimed at a young, diverse audience.
The organising team is seeking a PR agency partner to amplify reach in the lead-up to the festival.
Brief Requirements:
1. PR & Earned Media:
- Secure features in 5–10 major publications across lifestyle, youth, culture
- Target mainstream outlets to achieve at least one major organic feature (e.g., HT-style coverage)
- Create and execute a comprehensive media plan, including outreach, follow-ups, and press coordination
