Role Overview
As Senior Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of the brand’s voice and consumer connection. You will drive integrated marketing strategies, lead storytelling across channels, and ensure consistency across digital and physical experiences. The role demands both strategic thinking and executional excellence, working cross-functionally to scale the brand’s presence and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to build awareness, affinity, and growth.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and offline formats.
  • Define and refine brand positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and performance teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Partner with product, retail, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
  • Track consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Manage budgets for brand initiatives and activations.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
  • Mentor junior marketers and foster a brand-first culture.
Qualifications & Skills
  • MBA from a Tier-1 B-school (IIM ABCKLI, FMS, SP Jain, ISB, MICA MDI, XLRI, JBIMS,SIBM)
  • 4–7 years of brand management experience in B2C/omnichannel brands.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong mix of storytelling, strategy, and analytical rigor.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
Preferred Traits
  • Experience in consumer tech, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
  • Exposure to influencer and experiential marketing.
  • Balance of creative vision with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
