Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Design Projects: Oversee product design projects for Brand's customer app, focusing on acquiring and retaining customers
• Conduct UX Research: Stay close to user preferences by conducting UX research and draw actionable insights to drive business outcomes
• Guide UX Designers: Collaborate with and guide UX designers on best practices, ensuring timely delivery of all projects
• Facilitate Collaboration: Conduct brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to ensure maximum collaboration
• Monitor & Adapt: Monitor the impact of design decisions on users' behavior, record findings, and incorporate learnings into future work to maximize impact
• Manage Design System: Work closely with the Visual Designer, UI Designer, and Tech team to manage the Design System

Must have Skills:

• Mobile Experience: Extensive experience delivering product features on Android and iOS applications
• Business Impact Understanding: Strong understanding of how design impacts business
• ‍Tool Proficiency: Figma
