About the Role

We tell founder stories that inspire. As our in-house Video Editor, you’ll bring these stories to life: editing podcasts, interviews, and event content using established graphics packs and brand systems. Your craft will shape how entrepreneurs are seen and heard.

What You’ll Do

• Edit long-form podcast episodes and cutdowns for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Apply graphics templates, motion assets, and brand elements consistently.
• Create sharp, engaging short-form edits optimized for social.
• Collaborate with producers and designers to maintain narrative flow and brand tonality.
• Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality edits on schedule.
• Motion graphics design experience is an added plus.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of editing experience, ideally in podcasts, interviews, or storytelling formats.
• Strong command of Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro and familiarity with After Effects.
• A sharp eye for pacing, rhythm, and detail.
• Comfort working within brand systems (colors, typography, graphics).
• Curiosity about startups, culture, and storytelling.
