Overview:

A prominent SM Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) platform is looking to partner with an experienced video agency to create a high-quality property film for the launch of its flagship commercial asset - a Grade A, builder-led commercial property in Bengaluru.

The primary output will be a cinematic brand-led video that showcases the scale, design, amenities, and on-ground experience of the property. The film will be used on the brand’s website landing page and paid advertising to support the official launch planned for Feb–March.

Shoot Timeline:

• Shoot to take place between 5th–10th January

Video Deliverables:

• 1–2 minute master film (hero video)
• 3 shorter adaptations (cut-downs for digital/ads)
• 10–15 high-quality still shots

Coverage Expectations:

• Drone shots of the property
• Exterior and landscape visuals
• Interior shots (common areas + within the building)
• If feasible, capturing individual floors
• Building amenities
• Optional: short on-camera interviews with select tenants (if possible)

Usage:

• Website landing page
• Digital advertising (paid media)

Agency Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial real estate / property shoots (mandatory)
• Strong cinematic and storytelling capability
• Preference to agencies with teams based in Bengaluru
• Ability to manage on-ground logistics in Bengaluru, drone permissions, and tight timelines
• Comfortable delivering both video + stills
• Portfolio showcasing similar large-scale property or infrastructure projects
