Refer & Earn!A high-growth, AI-powered platform transforming investment research is looking for an Account Manager with a background in financial services or consulting to lead client success, adoption, and engagement across enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients in finance
- Drive customer engagement, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Advise clients on integrating AI insights into investment workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align on client needs
- Use analytics to improve adoption and reduce churn
- Capture feedback to inform product development
What We’re Looking For
- MBA from a top-tier institution (mandatory)
- 1–2 years of post-MBA experience in financial services, consulting, or fintech
- Knowledge of capital markets, investment research, and financial modeling
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Analytical, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and customer success tools
