A high-growth, AI-powered platform transforming investment research is looking for an Account Manager with a background in financial services or consulting to lead client success, adoption, and engagement across enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients in finance
  • Drive customer engagement, renewals, and upsell opportunities
  • Advise clients on integrating AI insights into investment workflows
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align on client needs
  • Use analytics to improve adoption and reduce churn
  • Capture feedback to inform product development

What We’re Looking For

  • MBA from a top-tier institution (mandatory)
  • 1–2 years of post-MBA experience in financial services, consulting, or fintech
  • Knowledge of capital markets, investment research, and financial modeling
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Analytical, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and customer success tools
