Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Communications Leader to drive high-impact, social-first brand initiatives across platforms. The role requires a digital-native marketer who thrives in high-speed environments, understands youth culture, online virality, and can build brand love in a cluttered digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

Amplification:

  • Identify, craft, and elevate compelling brand stories highlighting student, teacher, and product successes.
  • Define and lead brand strategy, including positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across channels.
  • Leverage cultural insights and trends to keep brand narratives relevant and resonant.

Communication:

  • Lead social-first campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, Meta, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Design cohesive brand campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and brand love.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Product, and Content teams to ensure aligned messaging.
  • Manage internal teams and agency partners for efficient campaign execution with consistent brand voice.

Virality:

  • Drive organic reach and sharing through innovative campaigns and influencer/creator engagement.
  • Track brand health metrics (awareness, salience, affinity, virality) and use insights to iterate campaigns.
  • Apply data-driven evaluation methods to improve campaign performance and reach.

Qualifications:

  • 5–12 years in brand communications at digital-first or tech-enabled consumer brands.
  • Proven track record in social-led brand building, virality, and youth-targeted campaigns.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with analytical rigor.
  • Bonus: experience with mass awareness or large-scale campaigns.
