Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative powerhouse with a strategic mind — someone who can turn brand goals into compelling, high-impact narratives across platforms. With at least 3+ years of experience in crafting integrated brand campaigns, this role requires a balance of creativity, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making. You will work directly with the marketing and content leads to build and elevate brand love through memorable campaigns, content, and experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop compelling brand narratives and creative strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Ideate and execute multi-platform campaign ideas (digital, social, video, offline) that drive engagement and brand equity.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive across channels.
  • Lead creative brainstorms, brief internal/external creative teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality, on-brand assets.
  • Use market research, audience insights, and trends to inform content and creative direction.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor campaign performance, draw insights, and optimize strategies for better results.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand communication, or campaign planning, preferably in a digital-first or consumer brand environment.
  • A portfolio or track record of end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to launch.
  • Deep understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and digital trends.
  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills — the ability to translate strategy into powerful creative.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and a sharp eye for creative quality.
