As the Brand Marketing Lead., you’ll be at the helm of how the world sees, feels, and engages with our brand. This is a senior strategic role focused on brand equity, consumer perception, and long-term storytelling. You’ll work closely with founders and leadership to shape our brand narrative, develop breakthrough campaigns, and foster deep emotional connections with our audience across every touchpoint — from digital to retail shelves.

What You’ll Do
- Own the long-term brand vision, positioning, and strategy across all touchpoints.
- Lead the ideation, execution, and performance tracking of 360° brand campaigns and product launches.
- Define and direct the brand’s creative identity, voice, and visual language across all formats and platforms.
- Build and execute influencer, community, and creator-led programs to grow brand advocacy and cultural relevance.
- Oversee brand storytelling efforts across packaging, digital, content, PR, and partnerships.
- Drive brand PR and founder thought leadership by shaping key narratives and managing media relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, e-commerce, content, and customer experience to ensure brand consistency.
- Act as a brand steward in all strategic conversations and go-to-market plans.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or consumer brand leadership.
- Proven track record of building and scaling consumer brands, especially in D2C, lifestyle, or design-first categories.
- Strong instincts in visual identity, copy, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
- Understanding of Indian culture, consumer psychology, and trends — especially among millennial and Gen Z demographics.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and deeply passionate about purpose-led brand building.
