Refer & Earn!We are seeking a purpose-driven Brand Custodian to lead and safeguard the brand narrative of a fast-growing wellness company rooted in traditional health sciences. As the brand enters a high-growth phase, this role demands someone who blends deep understanding of Ayurvedic or holistic wellness with modern brand strategy and storytelling expertise.
You will ensure that the brand voice remains consistent, credible, and resonant across all platforms and customer experiences — from physical wellness centers to digital services. Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Define and refine the brand identity, voice, and positioning across all business verticals — products, wellness centers, education, and digital services.
- Translate Ayurvedic principles into modern, relatable messaging tailored for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Craft compelling brand narratives that align with evolving consumer needs and cultural contexts.
Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation and briefing to launch and performance review.
- Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-impact storytelling.
- Ensure campaigns maintain brand integrity, timeliness, and high production value across all touchpoints.
Influencer Marketing
- Develop and manage an influencer and creator strategy aligned with brand goals — from awareness to advocacy.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, wellness practitioners, and content creators.
- Create effective briefs and review content to maintain authenticity, scientific accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs like reach, engagement, and conversions to optimize influencer partnerships.
Consumer Insights & Research
- Drive research efforts to understand consumer behaviors, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
- Translate insights into brand strategies and campaign ideas that resonate with current and future consumers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, ecommerce, clinical, education, and retail teams to ensure a unified brand experience.
- Coordinate with external partners including media buyers, digital platforms, and production agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in brand management, content strategy, or integrated marketing, ideally within the wellness, consumer products, or healthcare space.
- Strong understanding of Ayurveda, holistic health, or traditional wellness systems.
- Proven track record of building and executing brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Experience in managing influencers and creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a consumer-first mindset.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills to work across teams and timelines.
